In case you missed the film in its release last year, here is the trailer for the documentary which sets about to follow the stories of those embroiled in the 27 Billion Dollar legal battle surrounding the Amazon Chernobyl Case,

Since the release of the film Berlinger and his documentary are being sued by Chevron and the case is ongoing

The reports from the Berlinger camp in the form of the blog on the crude website has stated that the New York courts have overturned Chevrons request to access over 600 hours of unedited video.

Prominent and controversial film maker Michael Moore has stated his support for Berlinger and the case continues to unfold.
