RackGaki is the first book dedicated to Japan's growing graffiti scene. Written by Ryo Sanada and Suridh Hassan of Studio Rarekwai which specializes in promotion of international culture and music through documentary production and film. Spencer Tunick's "The Base"
4 mar  |  As many would have suspected, Spencer Tunick's daring installation "The Base" received immense media attention. Obviously any occasion that brings naked people together in their thousands to celebrate adversity and acceptance should be documented. 

I can only imagine that the broader population of Sydney, albeit Australia would have sat in front of their TVs watching these challenging images and said to themselves "I could never do that".  Or, "I wish I had the confidence to do something like that".  I know how those people would have felt, because until two days before the work took place I was one of those people.
