U.S. Republicans urge Obama to veto Palestinian statehood bid at UN
Chair of House Foreign Affairs Committee Rep. Ros-Lehtinen introduces legislation aiming to cut off U.S. funds for any UN organization that embraces an upgrade to the Palestinians' diplomatic status.

President Barack Obama should say clearly and publicly the United States will use its veto on the U.N. Security Council to block any Palestinian bid to gain UN membership, a senior Republican lawmaker said on Wednesday.

Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, a conservative who chairs the House Foreign Affairs Committee, made the call as Obama's administration made diplomatic moves to try to head off a Palestinian plan to gain statehood recognition at the UN General Assembly session that begins on Sept. 19.

Beck Predicts That We May Lose "Israel And ... The Free World" This Summer
28 may  |  Sorry that this isn't the most exciting video in the world, but the claims Beck makes more than make up for it. Never afraid of bold predictions, Beck argues that Thomas Friedman knows what the Palestinians are going to do this summer by calling for a protest with them carrying olive branches and signs for a two-state solution. Beck then goes into bolder predictions still by suggesting fake human shields from Syria and that Isarel may fall.

We report you decide....how to believe Beck is still in the media.

What do you reckong about Beck's predictions? Tell us and remember...Disqus!  . . read more

Netanyahu and Obama meet to turn back time
21 may  |  By Stephen Myles

Netanyahu and Obama have met in the White House, with the American President coming out and saying that Israel's borders should be pulled back to pre-1967 levels.

That would mean losing the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and the very strategically important Golan Heights.

Seems simple enough but one unnamed observer in Jerusalem has come out and said that with the Arab Spring bringing a positive future to the Middle East it seems strange that Obama wants to turn back time.

What do you think of the suggestion? Should Israel give up its 1967 wins or think of another solution? Tell us and remember...Disqus!  . . read more

"Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it." -- Ronald Reagan (1986)
